Description of Project:
Universal Coatings installed a 75,000 sq. ft. polyurethane foam roofing system designed to provide long-lasting protection, superior insulation, and improved energy efficiency. The existing roof surface was thoroughly cleaned using heated, high-pressure hydroblasting to ensure proper adhesion. After cleaning, a rust-inhibiting primer was applied, followed by a nominal 3-inch layer of spray-applied polyurethane foam. The roof was then finished with three layers of elastomeric coating and granules, creating a durable, weather-resistant surface backed by a 20-year warranty.
