Description of Project:
Universal Coatings completed a roof restoration project at Kelly Elementary School, applying a high-performance protective coating system designed to extend the life of the existing single-ply roof and reduce long-term maintenance costs. The reflective coating improves energy efficiency by reducing heat absorption, helping to create a cooler and more comfortable environment for students and staff. The project covered the entire campus and provided the district with a cost-effective solution that enhanced roof performance, minimized disruption to daily operations, and included a 20-year warranty.
