Description of Project:

For this project, we applied Universal Coatings’ roof coating restoration system over the existing roof—no full replacement needed. The high-performance coating waterproofs, reflects UV heat, and curbs thermal expansion and contraction, extending roof life and cutting cooling costs. The result is a cost-effective, low-maintenance, energy‑efficient solution.
