Description of Project:
We completed a full tear-off and 71,000 sq. ft. roof replacement for Boeing at the SoCal Logistics Airport using SPF roofing and elastomeric coatings. The project included a full slope redesign, foam rig deployment, wind-containment systems, and coordination with multiple agencies.
Despite strict aviation protocols, high winds, and complex drainage challenges, our 18-person crew completed the project in just 98 days, with zero operational downtime for Boeing.
This award-winning project was recognized by the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) in 2022 and completed in collaboration with General Coatings Manufacturing Corp.
