Description of Project:
Universal Coatings revitalized the roof of the Cow Palace in California with a comprehensive restoration and coating system. Designed to safeguard one of the state’s most recognized event centers, the project delivers long-term durability, weather protection, and improved energy performance. By reducing maintenance needs and strengthening overall reliability, this upgrade helps ensure the arena continues serving as a premier venue for concerts, exhibitions, and community events. The roof system lasted nearly 40 years, since it was first installed in 1986.
